This is my friend Francois (pronounced, France-Waa),he is French. What he is smoking is called Shesha. it is very popular and legal in the middle East. Shesha is fruit flavored tobacco smoked through a water filtered pipe. We start our trip in Alexandria. There is lots to see in Egypt so the blog is pretty long. I left out more then I put in. When you get to the end of this page you can click a button that will send you to an older page, if you are still interested in continuing.
Just like in most of my other blogs I did not feel like writing to much but I did add a few web sites, so that you can go to for further reading, if you like. I am not an expert nor am I considered knowlegeable on the topic of Egpt. So, you may also want to do a little reseach yourself if you feel it is really interesting.
You can also visit Egypt, its easy. But if that is not your cup of tea then sit back relax and enjoy the pictures. If you have any questions feel free to write.

The Catacombs of Kom el-Shuqafa, the "Mound of Shards,"
We went to it but you were not allowed to take picture there. If you like you can read about on the this site. Many places you were not allowed to take picture. Basicly if the site was in an inclosed area like inside tomb that was in the valley of the Kings, in side a pyramid or at the Egyptian Museum you were not allowed to take pictures. The objects a places we are seeing are over 4000 year old.
